ES Veterans Association is an Eversource Energy employee-founded and employee-run organization dedicated to supporting our military and veterans in New England. We demonstrate that support in several ways:

We welcome veterans returning from service and recruit volunteers and donors to support their transition to civilian life.

We raise funds to meet the needs of deployed service members, their families and veterans.

We distribute grants for veterans and nonprofit organizations supporting veterans seeking enhanced services for mental, physical or educational challenges, so they can successfully live and work in New England.

We are Eversource Energy employees and retirees seeking to help military members and veterans in New England. All donations are tax-deductible.

Mental Health Support
One of our key initiatives is to raise awareness around military service member and veteran suicide, together with the relationship of PTSD to suicide.
Part of supporting a healthy military and veteran community is to educate both caregivers and veterans on what changes in mental health to watch for. With our efforts, we hope to build resiliency and grit for everyone we interact with, so those who truly need assistance can receive it. Incorporated on September 25, 2018, we received 501(c)3 non-profit status with the IRS on November 5, 2019.
